Furthermore, upon submitting your reservation, you will receive the specific Terms & Conditions of the experience, along with other details.
1. Reservation
To reserve your spot in our experience, you must complete our online reservation form and pay the total amount of the experience. To confirm the reservation, full payment of the experience must be made. The reservation will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
The buyer will have full ownership of the purchased product once the purchase has been completed by cash payment. At the time of the reservation, the details of the person making the reservation will be provided, and it is personal and non-transferable.
Changes to the reservation: If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your change requests, but we cannot guarantee availability or prices.

Payment:

By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full listing of the item before committing to purchase it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buying an item and complete the check-out process.
The prices we charge for using our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for the products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently. Additional information about prices and sales taxes is available on the payment page.
The fee for the services and any other charges that you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.

Return Policy:

If the pack is canceled by us, you will receive a 100% refund of the product, and we will offer guests the choice of rescheduling the experience dates at no additional cost.
If canceled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the experience, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the start date of the experience, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 10 days prior to the start date of the experience, no refund will be issued.
2. The Experience
The experience includes everything described, and its premium, also playing padel. The package includes all the services mentioned in the web, and we also offer additional options.
But please, read carefully the detailed services specified in each package to know exactly what each package includes, as there are variations.
Furthermore, depending on the package, different extra services will be available. However, the most notable services included in all packages are:

• Several hours of padel with instructors available to provide advice, help with technique, in a club with courts and refreshments included.
• Hotel accommodation with a single room included.
• Transportation to and from the airport and all necessary movements for the experience.
• All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
• Entrance to VIP party, reserved and more.
• A person who will accompany you 24 hours to guide you at all times.
• Liability Insurance and a Personal Travel Insurance (see here).
• Additional contingencies (Uber premium, small expenses, etc.)
• Please note: flight tickets are NOT included.

Additional activities, depending on the selected package. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to ask us, and we will be happy to assist. All extra services not included and specified are at the customer's expense.

The prices of the products on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). For those products that require a tourist tax, it will be specified separately. We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time without affecting previous orders. The prices of the products on the website are in euros (EUR), and conversion rates may apply.

It is designed for all adults over the age of majority, regardless of the level and category of padel they have, who want to enjoy padel, the city, and a premium all-inclusive service. Those who live the experience without playing padel are also completely welcome. Although we do not recommend it, as it is part of the experience and the price will not be modified, you can come and accompany in the rest of the moments of the experience.
You guarantee that the information provided when booking and contracting any experience is truthful, accurate, and complete.
We will make every effort to accommodate preferences and/or restrictions, and provide different options to meet different needs. During the booking process, we will personally attend to each participant to identify and respond to all their needs.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If canceled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the experience, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the start date of the experience, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 10 days prior to the start date of the experience, no refund will be issued.
Guests who do not show up at the established place, day, and time for the contracted activity without prior notice will lose the total amount paid and the possibility of carrying out the activity on other dates.
Please note that the cancellation and/or refund policy may vary depending on the experience and package. If the package is canceled by us, you will receive a 100% refund of the product, and we will offer guests the choice of rescheduling the experience dates at no additional cost.
Cancellation is considered the suspension of the experience or activity, and no refund will be issued if it is due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, airspace closure, or other force majeure causes not attributable to the organizer.
4. Safety and Conduct measures
Responsibility: we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants during the experience, but we are not responsible for injuries, losses, or personal or material damages that may occur during the experience.
We have implemented all necessary safety measures to guarantee the safety of our participants. Additionally, someone will be available 24/7 for emergencies, questions, and needs that may arise. We expect our guests to follow our guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Insurance: liability insurance coverage and personal travel insurance (see here) is included. All those who actively participate in acts, courses or events organized by us, will have the status of insured without losing their indemnifiable third party status. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal items of the participants during the experience.
Conduct: We expect all participants to adhere to our guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the right to deny access or expel any participant who does not comply with our guidelines. Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the experience. Any inappropriate or irresponsible behavior may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Health Requirements: Participants must inform the company about any medical condition that may affect their ability to participate in the activities of the experience. The company reserves the right to refuse participation of any person who does not meet the necessary health requirements.
5. Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of participants and will not share their personal information with third parties without their consent.
All the experience contents and any information that we may exchange as a result thereof, documentation, methods, organization, and activities related, and any other materials, programs, applications, or methods owned, are considered completely confidential information, and their disclosure or exploitation for their own benefit is prohibited without the express and written consent. By this, you’ll agree to keep all confidential information disclosed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, content, and intellectual property related to our experience in every level are the property of our company and cannot be used or reproduced without our prior written consent.
All Industrial and/or Intellectual Property rights belonging to the company, and shall remain the property of that .
The customer undertakes (i) not to alter, deface or mutilate the Trademarks in any way; (ii) not to use the Trademarks in a way that damages the prestige or image; (iii) not to use the Trademarks in conjunction with other signs or Trademarks not previously authorized in writing, and (iv) to comply with any instructions in relation to the use of the Trademarks for their protection and maintenance of their distinctive force, reputation, and homogeneity.
7. Use of Data
We comply with all applicable data protection laws and all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679 EU) regarding the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data. This includes obtaining the necessary consents from individuals and ensuring the security of personal data.
The company reserves the right to use images and videos taken during the experience for promotional and advertising purposes. Participants may request the removal of their image if they do not wish to be included in these materials, communicating it at any time through the designated channels, both during the booking process and once at the event.
8. Rights
We reserve the right of admission and to make various minor changes that may be communicated to the customer, both in the content of the packages and the standard travel program, as well as in the scheduled dates.
Changes to the experience: we reserve the right to make changes to the experience due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.
Changes to the itinerary: we reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the experience in the event that weather conditions or any other unforeseen cause makes it necessary. The company will do everything possible to offer suitable alternatives in these cases.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the experience takes place or is specifically indicated.
10. Disclosure
By making a reservation for the experience, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, which constitute the agreement. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The use of this website and/or bookings will be subject to the version of the current Terms and Conditions.
